    JMac at Carson Newman

Thought some of you guys might be interested is a former LPD player, Jesse McMurray, now playing at Carson Newman. He is 29th in the nation in their division in 3 points made per game and 41st in 3 point percentage. They are having a good season, beating Mars Hill last night. Here is a clip from an article about that game:

Junior Jesse McMurray hit 7-of-11 from behind the arc and finished with 23 points to lead the Eagles. McMurray hit six triples in the second half.

Carson-Newman (16-4, 7-2 SAC) trailed at the half 46-44, and fell behind by seven in the second half at 68-61, before McMurray got going. The Gate City, Virginia-native reeled off three triples to lead the Eagles during a 35-16 surge.

    Way to go, JMac!!!!
